She’s also Elev8’s resident tech enthusiast. Always curious, always exploring. If there’s a smarter way to do something, Ruby wants to know about it.

Outside the office, Ruby is also deeply involved in her husband’s business, wearing many hats and getting her hands dirty alongside him. She knows firsthand the challenges, the juggle and yes, the dream that drives every small business owner forward. It’s what makes her advice feel less like consulting and more like talking to someone who truly gets it.

When she’s not doing all of the above, you’ll find her at the climbing gym with her young family, chasing powder on the slopes, learning Japanese, or planning the next adventure. Life’s full and she wouldn’t have it any other way.

As a CPA and Senior Accountant, Kelly knows our clients and their books inside out. She is often the familiar and reassuring voice clients reach when they need answers fast, and that trust has been built one conversation at a time.

Kelly grew up around family business. She understands the reality behind the financials: the decisions, the pressures and what’s truly at stake. Away from client work, she has developed a sharp eye for share investments, with a genuine interest and proven track record that gives her a well-rounded perspective on wealth, financial strategy and tax implications.

Outside the office, Kelly’s world revolves around her young family. You’ll find her cooking up a storm at home, or out exploring Melbourne’s best restaurants, cafes and parks with her husband and young son. She is equal parts spreadsheet whiz and foodie, and her clients love her for both.
